This website is operated by logout, a dancewear and sportswear retailer based in Israel. The site offers products for sale to customers within Israel and abroad. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and the company. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on this site. Minors under 18 may browse the site but must have a parent or legal guardian complete the purchase on their behalf. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Products & Descriptions
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including colors, sizes, and materials. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting during photography, or manufacturing differences. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Israeli Shekels (₪) and include VAT as required by Israeli law. The company reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is accepted via credit card and bank transfer. Orders & Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation by email or on-screen. The company reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, you will be notified and any payment charged will be fully refunded.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship throughout Israel. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. The company is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, courier companies, or events beyond our control. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Returns & Exchanges
In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (1981), you may cancel a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Dancewear items such as leotards, tights, and undergarments cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are defective. To initiate a return, contact our customer service. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
Warranty & Defects
All products are sold with a warranty against manufacturing defects as required by Israeli law. If you receive a defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect. We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion. Normal wear and tear, improper care, or alterations void the warranty.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including images, text, logos, and design — is the property of the company and is protected by Israeli and international copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without prior written consent.
